NGF's team conducts thorough research on current topics that are relevant to various social issues, such as over usage of social media, negative content, problems in education sector, environmental aspects, water crisis etc. Based on the research, the team creates original content such as poetry, lines, song, satire etc and seeks feedback and suggestions from the team members. After finalizing the content, a script (including introduction, contributor, background) is prepared. Then all the required materials (including voice overs, background, introduction and artist credits etc) are shared with the video editing team. The video editing team then produces and edits the video and images according to the subject's needs and asks for feedback and suggestions from the team members. After incorporating the feedback and suggestions, the video is finalized. Similarly, for the subjects that require physical efforts, another team works on taking necessary actions based on the subject matter.
